This Vista del Mar property in Vista, California created a unique sales opportunity for Compadre Brokers.  Purchased by a very smart investor that recognized the development potential of the property. They created an approved subdvision of the lot creating 3 new parcels and asked us to sell it.

We also saw that the home also was attractive to investors as a possible duplex with additional income potential from the property. And buyers would recognize the potential for a great horse property in the heart of Vista.  So we used our property market template, how we target and audience and what channels and frequency we use. Then we crafted three different marketing campaigns, one for each audience.
